Matthew Kelly serves as the voice behind PTV-Systems. He has spent over thirty years in bringing new ideas and products to the healthcare industry.  In the 1990s Matthew provided Automatic Electronic Defibrillation (AED) and 12 Lead EKG monitoring to rural communities. He progressed into software and capital equipment for radiology and imaging centers focusing on representing the new concepts of Picture Archiving and Communication (PAC) systems, Digital X-RAD(DR), and Positron Emission Tomography (PET) imaging.

Continuing into a focus on Radiation Oncology, Matt worked closely with a world-renowned Cancer Center to develop, validate, and implement a new Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) fixations system designed for the then emerging optical surface tracking industry. Most recently he took part in introducing the concept of Surface Image Guided Radiation Therapy (SIGRT) to cancer centers and proton facilities across the United States with a single-minded focus on improving patient setup and treatment accuracy during radiation therapy.

Over the many years, every product and service Matthew helped introduce have worked their way into becoming industry mainstays. It is his desire to continue this practice of introducing groundbreaking technology to advance the medical fields of Imaging and Radiation Therapy.
